The previous brand site was mainly focused on baby milks and food with just a nod to new mums. My task was to grow the site to become more welcoming and expansive, covering emotional as relevant practical issues.
If someone registers for the C&G baby club, they’ll receive regular emails tailored to their pregnancy or baby’s stage, along with personalised mailings.
The Cow & Gate eCRM programme won a Bronze DMA for Customer Acquisition. It reaches one in three mums in the UK and over 15,000 more sign up to it each month.
