The Cow & Gate Mum and Baby programme presents really useful advice in a practical, down-to earth way, helping to put new parents’ minds at rest. Those registered were more than 50% more likely to choose the brand, with the programme delivering a ROI of 148%.

My task was to grow the digital presence to become more welcoming and expansive, covering emotional as relevant practical issues. And, if someone registers for the C&G baby club, they’d receive regular emails tailored to their pregnancy or baby’s stage, along with personalised mailings. I researched and wrote this copy.

The Cow & Gate eCRM programme won a Bronze DMA for Customer Acquisition. It reached one in 3 mums in the UK, with over 15,000 more signing up to it each month.
