L’ORÉAL

Brand positioning for ESG comms - concept work

Positioning and adcepts for L’Oréal’s social impact programme to advance women and help them grow professionally. Concepts to bring the campaign to life include ideas for pop-up installations, individual mentoring, events, pay gap reporting, plus a film/social treatment.

My concept:

I Can is a mentoring initiative created by L’Oréal

The I Can Collective is L’Oréal’s professional network for women

The ‘I can manifesto:

I Can is a mentoring initiative for women, created to support and empower us to unlock our true potential and shape our own future. The I Can Collective is L’Oréal’s professional network for women. We’re here to champion women. We give each other the strength and skills to break down barriers and overcome challenges. We want to see true equality within the workplace.

I Can encourages us to trust ourselves and our own abilities. To make our voices heard. To have the self-confidence to be authentic and lead without inhibition. I Can enables us to recognise our true worth. It pushes us to pave the way past industry stereotypes, cultural differences, and the invisible blocks we impose upon ourselves. I Can helps us to future-proof our careers.

Being a part of L’Oréal’s I Can Collective connects us to others within the I Can movement - mentors, mentees, alumni and allies creating conversation and having influence and impact. All of us have our own I Can story, and we’re all committed to a fairer future. When each of us believes ‘I can’, we have the power to move the world.
